About The Director of MNS

     Ronald W. Heilmann is an accredited mediator and past president of the New York State Council on Divorce Mediation. He is also an Association For Conflict Resolution member and has been practicing mediation since 1983. He earned his Masters Degree in Social Work from Indiana University and has been doing Individual, Couple and Family Therapy since 1981.
    Much of Ron's professional experience as a mediator and therapist has been dedicated to helping family members adjust to the severe disruption that divorce causes. By helping families reorganize - minimize emotional trauma and fostering better healing for all family members.
