Parenting Advisor Service
There are times
when parents are already using the legal system to handle their divorce but
find that they would like to use a different means to develop a parenting
plan. It is possible to treat
“custody” outside of the court system.
Our advisor service is specially designed to help parents devise a
parenting plan which will fit the unique needs of the family.
Included in this service is an educational component which will help
separated parents find ways of cooperating to benefit their children.
We also offer consultation on how to help keep separate the
adversarial nature of their property settlement from the parenting plan.
We also can help parents find resolution to old differences in
parenting now that they no longer have to parent under the same roof.
Finally, at times we will offer consultation to only one party if
they would like to receive information on how to handle themselves in the
legal system while trying to protect the integrity of their family.
This can happen even if the other parent is hostile to the idea.
