Consultation from MNS is available at all times upon request.  Whether or not mediation is appropriate for any particular controversy is one important element of consultation.  Beyond that, direct involvement the MNS staff on a consultative basis is sometimes better than offering mediation services.  In these situations our staff will meet directly with line personnel, middle managers, and executives to recommend a course of action to address concerns of the organization; reserving mediation for another time and place.  Consultation fees are based upon our 
hourly rate of $125.00 per hour, plus expenses if travel is involved.
