Why Choose Mediation?

The persistent use of advocacy to resolve problems results in a society bogged down with endless adversarial conflicting interactions which do not lead to mutually satisfying solutions.  Also, the natural tendency of certain other persons to avoid direct conflict by withdrawing results in the ultimate destruction of important interpersonal relationships, "burn out", loss of morale, sabotage, and reduced productivity.  Our communities can no longer afford such a waste of human resources.  Therefore, we believe mediation is the efficient and effective means to better manage our natural differences and lead us to a stronger, richer community.

Following are what some of our clients had to say about their experience with mediation:
"Managerial Mediation offers a concrete set of tools that anyone can start using immediately to enhance communication and productivity in their work groups."
